When will my order ship out?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days of confirmation of payment from our shipping center.

How can I track the status of my orders?

We send a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email with a U.S.tracking number when the order ships.

Where does Joyful Beauty Cosmetics ship?

We ship to the U.S. only at this time.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Please confirm the shipping address you are entering is current and correct. Your order will ship to the exact address that you entered at checkout. If you do not enter the address manually, the default address will be the address that you order ships to. All shipments include delivery and tracking confirmation. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to immediately change your order, please email us asap once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
